I had a severe cramp after dance and multiple muscles became tight. I couldn’t walk for 4 days, now only pain in back side and one nerve from back thigh to calf . They are stiff and if massaged gets better. What is even all this

Does a nerve block work for muscle injury? I don't have nerve damage, I have lower, mid back muscle damage from head-on car impact. 3.5 years later it still hurts to carry a bag of groceries. I'm a scuba diver and I've always been active. I'm tired of hurting. Any suggestions? Thanks. 😊

I'm one of the few guys you'll likely meet who has neuroma in one toe on my right foot. Will these toe strengtheners & and separaters help with this condition? I'm trying to avoid surgery. I no longer walk all day on concrete & hard surfaces & I exclusively wear wide toe box shoes, Five Fingers, or flip-flops. Or I'm barefoot all the time. Thanx

Is it still metatarsalgia if when I run, I have no ball of foot pain for the first 3 miles of a 4 mile run, but then during the last mile, I get a burning/painful feeling in the ball of my foot? What are your thoughts? Thanks!
Suffering from peroneal tendonitis( where peroneal brevis inserts at 5th metatarsal ) and plantar fasciitis of left foot 😭

Where are the leggings from?
Doc Jen, I have been doing the exercises in your video about "5 exercises for Morton's neuroma" for a few weeks now, and they have helped me tremendously! I don't even know if this is the condition I have, but I figured some stretches etc couldn't hurt, and wow. I now think my foot problems (metatarsal pain in the right foot, and achilles pain in the left) are due to tightness in the posterior chain. I thought I would have to invest in expensive custom orthotics (which I have had in the past), but I feel so empowered to know that I can help myself. Thank you!

Can large breasts have anything to do with this? Especially if you have large breasts and are exercising more? NOT running though and I don’t wear underwire.
Just a question.. as a Physio youde probably know this ? Can I do the bouncing with 2 TKJ replacements? Maybe not
Even walking, sometimes, the other night, my calfs did cramp, but, when my rib cramps, was never answered, please share other tips. when"element" is not here.
I absolutely love dry needling, which helps my neck and releases the intense fascia that is problematic for me. I do other things, but I always return once a month for her to work on those areas in Physio
Thank you, however whenever I rotate I get internal snapping on both sides no pain. Some say it’s tight flexor I’m not sure.

I tell you one thing, indian squat while doing poo, this is consider best position to do poo. but Britishers used to mock at us, now they are imitating in the name of exercise

Yoga is a great practice to help you do just that. Especially Yin yoga where you hold a pose for several minutes. It gets you to focus on releasing where you can.

Can you get costochondritis from being bedridden for too long? I was very sick and laid in bed for weeks and one I started moving again I have had horrid pain in my left side ribs below my breast in the front, side to the back.
